This includes twelve years at Motorola as a Vice President in Europe and eight years as CEO of two large Vodafone businesses in Hungary and Turkey, in both instances as a challenger in demanding developing markets.
This experience will be invaluable as Mr Vitai executes on his mandate to grow Telkom Mobile into a profitable and sustainable business in this highly competitive industry.
He holds an MBA which he obtained from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading. Vitai is also a qualified chartered accountant had has obtained qualifications in BA Accounting and Finance as well as certified general accounting.
Vitai has a reputation for being a very focused and successful executive, who has excelled in turning around companies and delivering strong results.
